Ley Nº 10.555 y Protocolo de Gestión del Proceso Civil Oral.
El Colegio de Abogados de Río Cuarto pone en vuestro conocimiento el Acuerdo Reglamentario Nº 1550 Serie A del TSJ que incorpora, como Anexo II, el “Protocolo de Gestión del Proceso Civil Oral”, de aplicación a todos los procesos previstos en el art. 1 de la ley 10.555 que se abran a prueba a partir de febrero de 2019 y que podrá ser aplicado a todo los procesos de conocimiento que se abran a prueba a partir de dicho mes, en ambos casos independientemente de su fecha de inicio.
Asimismo, se adjunta la Ley Provincial N° 10.555, por medio de la cual se dispone la implementación, de manera progresiva, de los procesos orales en los Juzgados de Primera Instancia de los Fueros Civiles y Comerciales, desde febrero del corriente año.
